Could you please explain how you get 148-charts? In the App Store I can see only top-100. How is it possible to track more than 100 items?

How do we come up with out top 148 lists when the App Store only list 100? Calculation, estimation, and pure magic!
The serious answer is we have been tracking the app store since it launched and we use historical sales information to calculate the 101-148 positions.
