I've seen how FatWatch works along the time, and its great.
But I think weightbot will catch up very fast also.

If you are serious about managing your weight (and I'll be the first to admit not everybody is) I recommend FatWatch. It computes a moving average and then estimates how many calories you are overeating or undereating. It also allows you to transfer your data to and from your computer, in case you want to share it with a doctor or a trainer.

Also, I'm giving away free download codes too!

Salt or sodium is vital for all living creatures. For humans, if used in excess it can cause cardiovascular problems and hyper tension. Also I read a free diet plan saying that salt also keeps water in our body and all the toxins that would be flushed otherwise. We all should try and keep track of our salt consumption every day.

"...Guess it’s time for a diet. Weightbot is a great way keep track of your weight over time or to work toward a target weight..." A mobile health checker in a snap. Very timely for this Christmas season because people at this time of year tend to forget the importance of keeping their fit in spite the sumptuous meal being prepared.
